I recently purchased an Infinity Q80 on Saturday. My saleslady had to suddenly leave (due to previous plans), which left me with no one to discuss the things that were missing on the vehicle (extra k My saleslady had to suddenly leave (due to previous plans), which left me with no one to discuss the things that were missing on the vehicle (extra key, floor mats, tire jack and dvd remote control. I immediately asked for a manager (Cam), whom never spoke with me, only told a young man to give me a "we owe" for my key. The following Monday, I called "Clara" my saleslady to express my concerns that my vehicle had been "stripped down" as if I purchased from an auction. I expected much more from an Infinity dealership. Clara told me I was "lucky" to have gotten the extra key. Really,? I wouldn't call that lucky for the amount of money I spent, I would call it, normal to have an extra key, tire jack and the dvd remote for the vehicle. I went back (two hour drive for me) on Thursday to pick up my key (thank God I had that in writing before I left) and she refused to give me a dvd remote, I asked for a manager and was told Cam was not there, so I spoke with another female manager (who never told me her name) who stated that her vehicle cost 2x more than the one I purchased and they do not give out dvd remotes on used vehicles. I've never been treated as badly in a car dealership as I was at Infinity of Gwinnett, I normally do not fill out questionnaire's unless it's positive, however, I want everyone to be aware when purchasing anything from this dealership. I will never do business with them again and would advise anyone who is thinking about purchasing a vehicle from them, to do their homework. More

I had a great experience with Darryl and Infiniti of Gwinnett. I, at no point, felt pressured to purchase any vehicle. Also, when pictures of the interior were not available, Darryl, personally emailed Gwinnett. I, at no point, felt pressured to purchase any vehicle. The Gwinnett Infiniti dealership has a friendly atmosphere and the staff are ALL very helpful. As soon as we entered the building we were offered a cold drink of choice and asked if we wanted to si atmosphere and the staff are ALL very helpful. As soon as we entered the building we were offered a cold drink of choice and asked if we wanted to sit and cool off after walking around on their lot. It was a HOT day and that was the best thing I could think of at the time...cool off and drink a cold SPRITE. The staff never put any kind of pressure on us at all...they let us tell them our choices and they made it all work! It was like visiting old friends. Glad we have such a GREAT place to car shop!! More
