Easiest car purchase so far I found a car listed online and scheduled a test drive with Kenneice. When I arrived at the dealership the car was already parked out front and ready I found a car listed online and scheduled a test drive with Kenneice. When I arrived at the dealership the car was already parked out front and ready to go. The car was exactly as described on the website and I felt like it was a fair price. I was given a trade in value for my current daily driver which was in line with my online research. Kenneice was very knowledgeable, friendly, and she made the entire experience a very smooth process. Sam in finance explained all paperwork clearly and I finished the entire process in under 2 hours (about 30-40min of that was waiting while another customer finished their business). My only comment (which I should have known) is make sure every person listed on the title of your trade in is present with ID so they can also sign paperwork. Overall great experience, and great car! I was nervous about the turn in process since it was my first time turning in a lease and I had read about some negative experiences. Well, Carla and Jana were amazing! They already had my numbers for the new lease and made the process so easy. I am so happy with my 2019 Infiniti QX50! I even experienced a road block in the final delivery process because I had a fraud alert on my credit report from years ago. Jana worked really hard to be sure that everything was cleared up and in the interim I was able to take a loaner while she fought for me. I came back a couple of days later and all was well. Jana and Clara absolutely ROCK! If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend checking out this dealership and definitely ask for Clara and Jana! More
