The in-store experience (including test driving 2 vehicles) was negotiated in less than 2 hours tops. The following Monday, we completed the transaction via email and scheduled the delivery. The next day my salesman delivered the QX80 to me at work and drove off in the car we traded in. All in all I give them an A+ for the entire car buying process. More
