No haggle on used cars, even 2k off would have totally helped my budget. They said it helps if you have a trade in, but my car had been totaled and there was nothing they would do to work with me. 2. ANTS! I love my car, and they did fog my car to get ride of the problem BUT we saw ants on Saturday, it wasn't fogged. When I picked it up Tuesday it was fogged then, but I still had any issues for about 2 days.. if it had been fogged earlier than my pickup date I maybe wouldn't have experienced these problems. ALL IN ALL they are wonderful people, with great cars, and I am excited for my purchase :) More

Our experience was amazing! We will not shop anywhere else. The staff made us feel warm and welcome and the atmosphere was heavenly! We brought vehicle back a few days later and everything promised was fixed. There was also an issue that was not seen originally and they happily corrected it with out discussion. Goran handled the financing. We know are credit rating what rate we would get, were ready to get our own financing. He was honest with us up front about how he thought we would get a better interest rate on our own. At no time was any pressure put on us to do it with them. In the end we had him send an application directly to our bank and received the same rate. He trusted us and never ran our credit. More

Made the process quick, easy and painless. The manager went over the terms and credit information. Again, very straightforward, yet very friendly. I did not end up purchasing the extended warranties presented. Again there was no extreme pressure to do so. The manager just made sure that I understood what was being offered and that they would not be willing or able to duplicate the price later. It is a price they offer on CPO cars at time of sale because they have been thoroughly inspected and tested. More

He helped calm me thru the tremendous do’s and don’t s of the dealership ( cash deals are really hard when you live 400 miles from the dealership but they had a certified QX80 we wanted - guess it is just the world we live in now - such a shame.) maybe next time I will just wire funds and wait an extra day for funds to get transferred instead of being reported to government for having cash. The only reason for a 4 rating overall was because of the dealership, not the sales person as Mark Preston is definitely a large 5 More
