We recently purchased a used Infinity G37. Alan Alaeddin was the sales person we worked with. We found Alan to be very professional and personable. He came in on his day off to better accomodate us and never complained about doing so. We bought the car from out of state, about 2 hrs away, and it felt like we were dealing with someone locally. Alan took calls from our 16 year old son and attended to his (our son's) needs regarding the car. I would highly recommend the dealership based on this experience. On the final day of personal interaction, Tino Sullivan completed the paperwork necessary for the purchase. He also, was pleasant and professional. Since the purchase of the vehicle we have heard from both these men regarding extended warranty and tags. All issues have been addressed and all questions answered. Attitude toward customers is very poor. I will never go to the dealership again for any reason.
