I could tell in our conversations that he believes in the Infiniti product line - the excitement in his voice as he explained every detail about the vehicle just came through. The whole buying process was easy and relatively quick. Garrett spent more time with me after the sale explaining all the bells and whistles. Not only did he show me things, he made sure that I would know how to operate them in the future. He agreed to meet with me in 2-3 weeks to spend more time answering questions that will come up as a natural part of owning a new car. I felt he truly appreciated my business. Upon picking up our new car, Rob and Ervin went through EVERY aspect of the new car and would not let my family leave until we were 100% happy (not just satisfied, but truely happy). At no time was there any pressure to buy a car! Jessie, their Finance Manager was equally pleasant to walk us through our financing options and heling us to assure we take advantage of all incentives. We had the pleasure of working with Chuck Lee in July 2010 and we drove home in a new 2010 G37. We thought we would like to change from our current car to a later model year but was unsure if it was the 2010 and we drove home in a new 2010 G37. We called Chuck Lee earlier in the week and he answered our questions and told us to stop by when we were in the area. We stopped by on Aug. 31, 2012 and we were greeted by Chuck. We test drove the 2012 G series of Infiniti's then sat down to discuss any changes made to the cars from 2010 to 2012. In Chuck's quiet and soft spoken manner he arranged a transaction which was satisfactory to us. We left the dealership in our new 2012 G37 feeling Chuck and Bradshaw Infiniti had treated us fairly and we were very happy with our "deal" We would recommend Chuck Lee and Bradshaw Inifinti to our family and friends. The SUV we wanted, a white FX-35 with the Deluxe Premium and Touring Packages, was not in Bradshaw’s inventory but he was able to obtain one from a dealer about 100 miles away. We quickly negotiated the purchase price and our new car was delivered 3 days later. He explained the main features and controls of our FX-35 and how to use the technology features we were interested in. We would definitely recommend Bradshaw Infiniti and Mr. Williamson to anyone wanting to buy a new Infiniti in the Greenville area. More
