That being said, I appreciate the no-haggle approach my sales professional (Mike) took with me, while also being sensitive to our particular and unusual vehicle situation. Within 3 days of my unexpected "walk-in" at the Dealership, Mike and Team had finalized my paperwork, found my vehicle in the color I wanted, transported it to Greenville, and had it sitting there waiting for me....and I do literally mean "waiting" ....as I was 4 hrs later than my scheduled appt, on a national holiday - July 4th. Nobody complained, no sideways glances, let's just "get 'er done" and make this Lady happy - and that's exactly what happened. Thank you for an efficient, painless, and mutually beneficial transition from my previous vehicle into my new one! In my book, however, the most important factor to a successful business relationship is what happens AFTER the sale...and with consideration to the countless text communications I've had with Mike over the past week, lack of follow up & reponsiveness is clearly not going to be an issue. Ervin Williamson was very helpful and professional. My wife liked him the first time see met him and she is a good judge of people. He stayed in touch with her but was not a nuisance.
