Having driven Swedish cars since the 90's, I had every reason to think that my next car would be very much like my last. When one of my friends, an avid 'car guy' suggested that an Infiniti might m every reason to think that my next car would be very much like my last. When one of my friends, an avid 'car guy' suggested that an Infiniti might make driving fun again, I made the trip a little further down the Motor Mile. Mike, Jesse and Chuck at Bradshaw all went the extra mile to make me feel that they appreciated the opportunity to work with me. They listened to me and helped me find the right G37 with a great lease. The process, though not as much fun as driving my car, was less tedious than I could have expected. More

As an extremely busy professional (ironically, in Sales myself) and an even busier mother & wife, I have little time to negotiate and banter over my needs, wants, and price points....basically, my time & e myself) and an even busier mother & wife, I have little time to negotiate and banter over my needs, wants, and price points....basically, my time & energy is precious. That being said, I appreciate the no-haggle approach my sales professional (Mike) took with me, while also being sensitive to our particular and unusual vehicle situation. Within 3 days of my unexpected "walk-in" at the Dealership, Mike and Team had finalized my paperwork, found my vehicle in the color I wanted, transported it to Greenville, and had it sitting there waiting for me....and I do literally mean "waiting" ....as I was 4 hrs later than my scheduled appt, on a national holiday - July 4th. Nobody complained, no sideways glances, let's just "get 'er done" and make this Lady happy - and that's exactly what happened. Thank you for an efficient, painless, and mutually beneficial transition from my previous vehicle into my new one! In my book, however, the most important factor to a successful business relationship is what happens AFTER the sale...and with consideration to the countless text communications I've had with Mike over the past week, lack of follow up & reponsiveness is clearly not going to be an issue.
