He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the Q 50 in which we were interested. He even stayed late to give us a wonderful "tutorial" about the wonderful features on the inside of our new car. The following week I took the car in to get Glass Coat. Chris, in the Service department, couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. He called me to update me on the status of the car's completion, which I really appreciated. He was headed to Road Atlanta and said he had the car and we'd would work it out on Monday. In the meantime my fairly new car of 13,090 miles decided to quit (for the 4th time - at the infiniti dealership while I was test driving the car). Jessie worked with me extensively on Saturday (with my crazy schedule) and I now own a G-37 S and I LOVE IT!! Need I say anymore?!?!? ?? When Mike returned on Monday from Road Atlanta / he was incredible as well - staying late - to make sure everything got done and I was 100% satisfied. While I am! Tks Infiniti!!
