Car buying experience Last week was the first time that I had ever been on an Infiniti car lot. In fact, I had never driven an Infiniti. I did not know what to expect Last week was the first time that I had ever been on an Infiniti car lot. In fact, I had never driven an Infiniti. I did not know what to expect from the cars or the salesmen. The first thing that I noticed was the time that they allowed me to just browse the lot. The salesmen did not come swarm the second that I drove onto the lot. When the salesman did come out he introduced himself and asked if I had any questions. Ervin was patient and talked to me. He walked me through the different models and the different packages. He explained “this car had this but this one had that”. He answered questions repeatedly with the same enthusiasm as the first time I asked the question. He was a joy to work with. After the test drive he went in to get me more information about the car. I was informed at other dealers that I could go online and see information. I felt no pressure about purchasing the car. I took one home for a test drive that night. The next day I purchased my Q50. Scott Groves was a pleasure to work with during the purchase as well. He worked hard to get a deal that we were both happy with. Having never purchased a car by myself before it was intimidating. Scott made it easy. I would highly recommend the Bradshaw Infiniti Company to everyone. They made me feel welcomed and at ease during the entire purchase process. Purchase of New Car My husband and I have been considering a new car for quite some time. Our cars are getting some age on them and we've been shopping around for about a year. We shopped around at the Acura dealership first and I decided an Acura wasn't the right fit for us. The Acura salesman personally walked us over to the Infiniti dealership and personal introduced us to Scott Grove. We explained to Scott the car we were searching for us. He walked us around and we viewed many based on our budget and price range. Finally, we test drove a 2013 G7 that was on the lot. I fell in love with the car immediately. Scott worked with us on pricing and payments. After discussing in depth my husband I decided we needed to wait a little longer. We had not done our homework before arriving and the dealership and didn't realize our monthly payment would exceed $400. We came home and looked at our budget and discussed. Scott called me the following Monday and I explained maybe we needed to wait a little longer. A few weeks passed and each week my husband and I discussed the car we test drove, what a great price we had been offered, and if it was the right time for us to buy. I called Scott back late Saturday and asked if he still had the car and thankfully it was still on the lot! Scott and I worked out the details over the phone and we purchased the car with his help. Our experience has been awesome with the entire group: Scott, Zee, and I do not remember the person's name who went over our paperwork. Zee showed us all the details of the car. The guy that went over our paperwork explained everything in detail and was just super at answering all our questions. Everything about our experience was awesome. Zee was a very cool sales man. He was very knowledgeable about the car he was selling. I could not figure something out on it and he even took my call on a Sunday, to help me out.
