EXPERIENCE Mr. Orr was contacted via internet concerning the purchase of a new vehicle. He had to go a ways to find the vehicle I wanted. He worked diligently, no pressure, and we came to a price we both could live with. Could I have made a better deal, does not matter now, in the end it is not about saving a few hundred dollars, the personality with Mr. Orr just clicked, definitely a plus to your organization. My wife liked him from the go. The vehicle was presented to us in immaculate shape, I know being new it should be, but had been wiped down and no dirt or dust in the door jams, yes I looked. Did not need anything while at your dealership, but I was offered numerous of times. Don’t know if I am suppose to mention this, but the drive train warranty is what sold me, even if the vehicle had been more, that is worth several hundred dollars to me. Do I know whether the other dealers offer this, nope, but that did not matter, Mr. Orr was the individual my wife was going to deal. We both (wife and I) had discussed a number that we thought was fair for the vehicle after doing our research and we knew if the price was in line, then all that would be left is the personal traits of the dealership, which again were superb. Need to plug Mr. Williamson also, he as Mr. Orr, very professional, and I know this is cliché’ but they appeared, looked and acted professional, (I know which they are suppose to do) but both had the seasoning of years in the business, someone that understood the dealership has to make money and the customer has to be satisfied, we accomplished that. Be proud that they are on your team. More

This is my third Infiniti but my first purchase from Bradshaw, and they are simply the best. Chuck Lee made buying my 2015 QX50, a seamless and stress-free experience. I got a good price, and exactly what I was expecting for my trade-in. The entire transaction was efficient and enjoyable. If you wonder what kind of car to buy, buy an Infiniti. They are beautifully designed, run flawlessly and drive like a dream. Chuck is very good at his job, and he will make buying one of these gorgeous vehicles smooth and comfortable. Bradshaw's service department is just as good as their sales department. Always friendly, attentive and courteous. I purchase a pre-paid maintenance contract for convenience, so I can drop my car off for service, drive away in an Infiniti customer courtesy car and pick mine up later, perfectly serviced and washed.
