Thank you for taking the time to review our dealership. We are very disappointed that you feel the way you do concerning your experience. Unfortunately we were unable to meet your payment requirements for the new Infiniti. Part of the Issue is your Current lender for your trade in. Some Lenders have different rules concerning payoffs to customers vs Dealers, your lender is one of them. You, as the consumer have a contract with that lender and a guaranteed payoff amount, we as a dealer do not have that same agreement so the dealer payoff to get a title to your trade is in effect $2300 more that the customer payoff. We presented you with several options, none of the agreeable to you. We understand your frustration and wish you the best of luck. Thanks for the opportunity Robert Stockton Executive Manager
