This has been the best car bying experience in my life. My sales person Zee Heyward and his sales manager really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my car buying experience and with My sales person Zee Heyward and his sales manager really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my car buying experience and with my choice to a new Q50. My wife did not know what she wanted and Zee was extremely patient by showing us all the different alternatives. He stayed with us way after the dealer closed while we looked at all the options and we trialed all the cars that my wife anted to see. The best thing is that we did not feel discriminated against or pushed to buy anything. We arrived in my beat up Mazda that I normally use for work purpose, Zee walked out there as if I would have pulled in a Rolls Royce. I will recommend this dealer to everybody that wants to buy a luxury car. We are loving our new Infinity. More

Bradshaw (especially Rob Stockton and Chuck Lee) found out what we wanted, responded fast, offered best deal, and once WE decided (no pressure whatsoever) - made it happen fast! We left with our new car in less than 1 hour! I'd checked with several dealers on several models - most didn't respond or follow-up. Bradshaw Infiniti just blows them all away. Do yourself a favor and start with them and skip the others! More

From start to finish this is by far my best car buying experience ever. The experience started with Scott Grove via internet and then phone. He was transparent and provided me an immediate phone quote on a QX80 with an e-mail follow up. We live 2 hrs away, therefore he was able to get some information and start some paperwork while we were on the road. Upon arrival we were greeted by Chuck Lee, who made us feel welcome, but most of all at home. There is no overwhelming "big box store" feel to this dealership. Being respectful of our time and long travel back, Chuck had the vehicle we were interested in pulled under cover (raining that day) so we could carefully inspect. Chuck Lee knows the Infiniti automobile and every button on it! Explained how everything worked and set up my phone and Infiniti Personal Assistant. He took care of us from start to finish and has even followed up with me to see if I had any questions. Ervin Williamson was awesome in handling the finance paperwork. Was so helpful and explained all the documents. Awesome experience. More
