First Class all the way! This is our family's second purchase at Bradshaw Infiniti. We traded my wife's 2010 Nissan Murano for a 2017 QX50. We got a fair deal on the trade, a This is our family's second purchase at Bradshaw Infiniti. We traded my wife's 2010 Nissan Murano for a 2017 QX50. We got a fair deal on the trade, a good discount on the MSRP, and a surprise "end of deal" that put us in an all-wheel drive. Spent about 3.5 hours at the dealership on Friday to finalize the deal and get all the paperwork done. My wife picked up the car the next day, displayed beautifully with a big red bow in the showroom. She couldn't be happier! Mark McKee help us all along the way for 3 months of conversations, visits, test drives, and email. I was please to work again with Ervin Williamson to sign all the papers. Irvin sold me my first Infiniti (M37) three years ago! Sales Manager Scott Grove was personable and available, not the invisible "let me check with my manager" type found in most dealerships. Torrey Anderson was not directly involved in our sale but was always welcoming, friendly, and helpful when we visited Bradshaw. I have dealt with Bradshaw Infiniti's excellent service department for the past 3 years and am excited for them and for all future Infiniti customers that will soon shop in their new dealership just a few blocks down the road. Both men were highly professional and knowledgeable in their fields I had an excellent experience dealing with Mark McKee and your financial manager. Both men were highly professional and knowledgeable in their fields. All aspects of the transaction were covered to my satisfaction. The deal involved trading in two cars on the new Infiniti, and everything went smoothly. Mark came out to the rehab hospital to get my wife's signature on the papers. We couldn't ask for better from your staff. Your service department has been tops for a long time. We used it for the previous Infiniti and for the Nissan we traded in. Great people there too.
