I purchased a 2015 Q50S from Bradshaw Infiniti and within 1-2 days we agreed on a price! I came in and basically everything was ready for me to sign and drive away with our car. Everyone was extremely friendly, the atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming. This is very reassuring because we have been in other Infiniti dealerships within 100 mile radius that had a completely different feel. Todd was amazing! They had to install new tires on my Q50S and Todd went out of his way to meet me 1 hour away to switch cars for two days. Todd wanted to meet again but I told him that it would be fine it I drove the 2 hours to pick up my actual car. Todd did not pressure me at all but welcomed any offer I threw at him. He welcomed any questions, concerns or comments I gave him. Todd is a person that likes to make the customer happy and wants them to get exactly what they expect...no surprises. He even printed off the email I sent him with the long list of items I would like to be covered while they had my car. When we switched cars he had it printed off and notes written on the document. This shows that he actually read the email and wanted to make sure everything was covered!!! Thank you again Todd and I will for sure be back to buy another car from you again! We might come back and get my wife the QX80!! More
