In fact there are many high end vehicles that are good cars and suvs that I would not buy because the customer service Does not compare. Bradshaw Infinity in Greenville even stands out compared to other Infinity dealers I have dealt with over the years. Chris and Justin saved my brothers FX45 from the junkyard after The Roswell infinity dealership had given up on it and him. It is a 2003 and still going strong. Chris and Justin in service go way out of the way to help with any service issue. I can sit down with them and drink the good coffee and just chat. Torrey is the best new car salesman I have known. Eric puts all the numbers together like a magician. He puts the deal together like he was buying he car himself. Not selling it. So go buy you an Infinity from Bradshaw in Greenville. Failed deal We were searching for a car for my bride and was trying to avoid working with a dealership as our past experiences had been unpleasant. After a couple of hours of driving, talking, walking out, thinking about our experiences we decided to go back and make an offer. Our offer was; “$$$, all inclusive of taxes, title, fees” I also stated, “we want to write one check for everything!” The sales person took our offer and it was accepted by the sales manager. Yesterday we received a notice of additional taxes due. I called the sales person and emailed five times, no answer no reply. Finally, the finance manager called...was not a plesant conversation. I restated our purchasing agreement and he was more energized with his posturing. Finally, I kindly let him know we would never darken the Bradshaw Automotive Family again. This dealership went from very highly regarded one to simply another, non trusting tell you anything to get the deal. Amazing they took this position over a $287. taxes on a $37,000 deal. More
