Brandy & Mgr Roger (Greenville Infiniti, SC) will make it happen people, seriously!! I wanted a very specific fully loaded ‘25 QX80 Sensory, only 12 in the country in Dec and Jan ‘25. I called the 11 dealer happen people, seriously!! I wanted a very specific fully loaded ‘25 QX80 Sensory, only 12 in the country in Dec and Jan ‘25. I called the 11 dealers across the country with my OutTheDoor $offer and then 12 others that had my Sensory that could be accessorized full tilt. Brandy/Roger at Greenville Infiniti, South Carolina was THE ONLY dealer that matched me, Huzzah! Brandy listened to my wants and needs. Roger somehow made it happen🤩Brandy was honest and straight forward in every phone call and text. This was unlike my local dealer who tried in earnest to deploy bait, switch and then subterfuge to talk me into a vehicle i clearly did not want. When buying a $100K vehicle, i expect everything:) This dealer, Roger especially!! and Brandy the GO-getter is prepared AND willing to go the extra mile, take the time to know you and promptly make it happen in less than 24 hours. Remarkable. I am still in awe:) Also, get this, I just received my Virginia State Tags and registration in the mail..in LESS than 3 weeks!! This does not happen, i checked!! Thank you again Greenville:) Brandy made us feel like a part of a special Family. We adore her. She had our sparkling Sensory waiting for us in the showroom w Bows on!! The test drive was awesome, better than I could’ve imagined ..on a Saturday afternoon! Our experience was stellar from the moment we walked in the door!! When i had trouble with my cashiers check, Sean in Finance spent crazy time getting creative and made it happen..thank you Sean!! The Tech and Electronics in this Infiniti is beyond it. Brandy took care of it all, had my Husband and I tuned in, installed and logged in within the time it took to sign the paperwork. She’s checked on us countless times just to make sure we are loving it and not missing out on anything. I mean REALly!?!, does anyone else do this for you?? NO, i checked! You NEED to call this dealer, remember ..BRANDY!! Then drive, rent a car, fly, ride a train or walk to this special place. It is filled with professional, kind and hard working individuals who will hopefully enrich and change your life as they have ours. I received a post card to bring my 2005 Infiniti G35x in for any repairs. Had a bad experience w/ the 1st visit. Car made it a 1/3 of an mile from the Infiniti dealership and the intelligent key shut the c for any repairs. Had a bad experience w/ the 1st visit. This year from the post card I paid to have it towed back to them only for the same members to say they refuse me service because of what happened the 1st visit. The service lady and Edward did not like the fact of me knowing what was wrong w/ my own car! They expressed that fact! The service manager is a clown, he sent the post card. They both smirked when I came in that day to get the car.They costed me money and refused to make it right. I have no respect for that location. They all should be fired!!! Dirty deeds displays greed!! They're service is trash. More
My car was making a faint clicking sound and needed some attention. My experience with the service center was excellent from speaking with the customer service experts Chloe, and Renee to chatting with serv attention. The time spent on waiting for the issue to be resolved was a little lengthy even with an appointment, but the technician was able to duplicate the noise and resolve the problem. Infiniti of Greenville's facility is very modern and the wait time was less of a pain due to the comfort of the facility, they also provide a nice outside waiting area if you like basking in the sun. Always be as specific as possible with your needs and car concerns when speaking with the professionals and they will definitely do their best in making sure your car leaves better than when it came. I left with a smile! More

The person I had talked to didn’t really know about the car. The salesman didn’t seem to care about selling the car. The other salesman I emailed has gotten back with me. Just a 2 star dealership. The product up sale on a car with less than 30,000 miles on was a bit much. Fuel system flush at 26k mikes? Come on. Then there was a quote given on the phone that was no where near what the actual cost was on was a bit much. Fuel system flush at 26k mikes? Come on. Then there was a quote given on the phone that was no where near what the actual cost was. And then the paint damage that occurred when some warranty work was being done, this results in us having to bring the car back to get repaired. They did take $100 off the final bill, but that’s minuscule compared to the time and effort to get the paint repaired. We will take our car elsewhere next time. More
