If there were anything less than one star I would've given it. I have never had a good experience at this establishment. I've been forgotten about off-site twice, after a shuttle drop-off. When you bring your vehicle in for service they text you and say if you need anything to text them back, and never answer if you text them. They covered the window in the waiting area so you can't see the shop area, WHY? what are they hiding?? The people are friendly enough but the service is severely lacking, they just don't care. I have ALWAYS HATED bringing my vehicle into the Fort Wayne location, but I still had a warranty on it and wanted to have them service it while it was still under warranty. The best day I had was this last day. the last day of my warranty and I WILL NEVER BRING MY VEHICLE BACK THERE AGAIN!!!! More

Employees were too rude to even speak, say hello, can we help you, etc. Left my car (white) door covered in oil/grease - something black. Same for the steering wheel and gear shift. They tried to fix my car after buying it. Lights kept coming on on my dash. Did it free if charge and gave me an amazing car to use while mine was getting fixed.
