I really appreciate his transparency and honestey through the process. Heade the process painless and enjoyable....because of his exemplary customer service and professionalism, I never want to deal with any other dealership in fort Wayne EXPECT for Nissan. The guy who helped me was the definition of competence and genuiness. More

We had the shuttle drop us off to eat while they were checking it out. He called me and said it was the oxygen sensor. I was told that his mechanic wasn't anywhere near it (except he told me that the first fix was going to take so long because they had to lower the exhaust). But they were still going to cover it since I had just spent $1700 two days prior. Well, my warranty company alerted me that they had called and he tried to have it covered by them 1st. The friendliness is great, but the honesty is not. Yes they covered the cost of fixing the O2 sensor, but they do not own any of their mistakes. More
I love the Nissan salesmen. They are a terrific group of employees. They always go the extra mile for the customer to make things right. We have purchased two new vehicles and one used from them. However employees. They always go the extra mile for the customer to make things right. We have purchased two new vehicles and one used from them. However, on the other hand, the service department is aggravating. The manager argues with me each time I visit. They try to cover up and steer clear of issues. They do not take accurate messages for other employees, so then the customer has to reiterate everything. The manager has even argued with me about a passenger occupancy recall and kept saying I already had the components replaced so I'd have to pay for the service, which wasn't the case. Of course, the sensor (or sensors) was bad and a part of the recall. Another argument was the replacement of a damaged exterior component that was part of the agreement for the used vehicle purchase. Luckily the sales manager noticed I was upset during the visit and immediately addressed the issue. A third argument stems from finding rust deposits ALL over a brand new vehicle, body and chrome. I already visited a body shop for a quote. Nissan's detailer claimed that the clay bar would remove the deposits. Upon picking up my car, I instantly noticed scratches ALL over the chrome pieces. Again the manager argued with me that the clay bar doesn't scratch chrome and that he uses it on his vehicle's chrome. Hello! If there's dirt in the clay bar, it will causes scratches. Then, one of the service guys took out a chunk of paint under the rear window as I was pointing out all the remaining rust deposits. This issue is currently ongoing in trying to find a resolution, and amazingly enough, the only one who is willing to help us is the sales manager. More

I got introduced/educated about the QX50 by Mike and Josh and they did an excellent job explaining my options. Mike (Infinity Manager) was very kind to meet me at the dealership on his day off! I live about 2 hours from this dealership and my work schedule was crazy.... In less than a 4 days the whole transaction was smoothly done. I traded my Lexus NX for a gorgeous black Sensory QX50 for my husband. The finance options was the icing on the cake! I will return to this dealership for my own Infinity car in the future. Keep it up the great job. Again, thank you both for making it so easy! More
