Only thing that went well was purchasing the car. Of course that's because they get your money. I was told they'd fix the paint chips and detail my vehicle and look for a new wobble noise I heard 2 days course that's because they get your money. I never got a call about my vehicle and no text or call back the day they had my vehicle to do all of this. I had to call every department to talk to anybody. I finally was told a time to come get it and it looks like they used nail polish on the paint chips, didnt buff some of the marks like they said they would and they also didn't detail my car bc the detailer wasnt there..they could have at least had their department porters clean it. I definitely don't recommend this place at all, even nissan bc it's the same people working there. Waste of money and time. More
Awesome customer service every time, from the guys in the service department to the salesman(Channing Williams is great) to the finance rep. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. From the moment I pulled in and spoke with the sales guy to my dealings with his manager and on down to the finance guy it was a smooth and non pressured experience.
