Excellent service experience. Historically I’ve never gotten excited about having to bring a car in for service….what’s to be excited about? It’s not like you are buying a new car,-that’s what you get e gotten excited about having to bring a car in for service….what’s to be excited about? But from online scheduling, to dropping off and swapping cars with Paul to his follow up on requested repair costs and Mikes completion of getting me processed quickly at pick up time, you guys have made the service experience a lot like buying a new car and the pricing was better than what Kelley Blue Book indicated I should expect to pay for my 2015 Q50.
