Great Experience After spotting a car on the Flemington Infiniti website, I was really excited to stop in the dealership. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Howard, the used car manager. Howard was more than helpful in providing all of the information about the Infiniti EX35 that I was interested in and in letting me know the value of my trade-in. His warm personality and upbeat attitude added to my car buying experience! While I was meeting with Howard, another employee, George, introduced himself and offered to help in any way that he could. After deciding to go forward, I was introduced to Dave who gave me all of the financial information that I needed. He went out of his way to make sure to give me the rate and payment that I was comfortable with. Dave was very personable and pleasant during this experience. All throughout the buying process, Steve continued to check in with me to make sure I was being taken cared of and was comfortable. Just when I thought things couldn't get any better, George greeted me again, offered me a snack and a cold beverage, showed me to the car, and walked me through the navigation system and all of the features of the car! This was a great experience, unlike any other car buying experience I've had. I highly recommend Flemington Infiniti. As I cruised out of the dealership, in my Infiniti EX35, I was not only excited, but also really impressed with the car buying experience. More

From the moment we entered we were treated with exceptional care and service. We were initially interested in another vehicle when my wife inquired about the G37. After a test drive she realized this was THE car for her. After taking a day to discuss and consider this vehicle I called to make an appointment to purchase and pick up the G37. I explained to Alex (our sales person) that I was hoping to surprise my wife with the purchase. Not only did he assist in the creative ruse I had concocted, he even had a large bow for me to tape to the roof when I drove into our driveway! He took the time and care to go over every detail of our new vehicle and invited my wife to come back after the surprise to do the same for her. The dealership was bright and clean with a full beverage selection for your customers. David (finance) took the time to explain the options and the details of each so I was able to make an informed decision. Oh, and the surprise had its intended result....a very surprised and amazed recipient! We are both very satisfied and pleased.
