Ryan Orsi, the internet adviser, immediately responded with some basic info and asked all the right questions. I responded with the specifics and deal I was looking for and like magic he made it happen. I actually couldn't believe how simple it was that I was a bit skeptical when I arrived at the dealership to do all the paperwork and pick up the vehicle. Perhaps another yes until you get there? NO, the deal was exactly what I was looking for and we got the exact vehicle we wanted. Spent no time negotiating at the showroom, no back and forth with the manager to see what they can do. The car still runs great, thanks to the great care, Ed has shown to me. I can't give him enough praise. I would suggest to always ask for him to take care of your service needs. Over a month ago, I decided on the Infiniti Q-50, AWD. Michel R. Brandt, was my sales consultant-a National Award of Excellence Honoree. He has over 20 years+, selling the Infiniti brand. Through out the years of coming to Flemington Infiniti for service, I always wanted to purchase an infiniti from Michael. I felt he had the most knowledge & experience I could ever find. He was great through out the whole process-from start to finish. Michael Brandt made the Q-50 AWD affordable for me, because he took the time also to listen. In one month, my new Q-50 has over 2, 400 miles on it. I need a dependable car for my business. The 2000 1-30, which was passed down to me, has been the best car I have ever driven. It has 140,000 on it & still going strong. I plan on keeping this car for many more years. On the 2017 Q-50, the personal assistant is great. I have used this service several times for directions to go to the Miraculous Medal Shrine-German Town, a part of Philadelphia, PA, & it was the best I ever had in the past, with owning many different brands of cars.
