Purchased a new QX50 I purchased a new small 2017 SUV QX50 for my wife. She tried out so many cars and it was her favorite by far. It still has the 3.7 motor and feels l I purchased a new small 2017 SUV QX50 for my wife. She tried out so many cars and it was her favorite by far. It still has the 3.7 motor and feels like you are driving the old G coupe. Handles amazing. Feels like a tight car. It has 330 hp, more than a Porsche SUV, for half the price. The only downside was it did not come with cooled seats, come on Infiniti, all your cars should have that. 4 months later she just told me how much she loves it, her favorite car/suv of her life. So it was time to write a review. It was the 2nd Infiniti I have purchased from Big Mike, Michael Sclemovitz. He also sold me the QX60 last year. This is my 4th Infiniti. So many people I know have far more expensive problem cars, Mercedes, American brands, BMW, the list goes on and on, and nothing but broken and complaints. Infiniti is bulletproof reliability and fun. Michael is a superb salesperson who you honestly feel is working for YOU, not the shop. That's the key. He really tries to get you the absolute best price he can. I looked at many web sites like truecar, and feel certain he did just that. If you want a salesperson that is working for YOU, talk to Big Mike. More

Michael patiently spent time on the phone with me. We agreed on a part to install and he passed on to me an excellent price. It would have cost me more going direct myself. That is called service. Passing on the dealer discount. The labor install price was fair to me as well. From there Edward Shoemaker took over the Install appointment. The install went quickly. So did normal service for my car. I wanted to have a full breakfast while I waited instead of just sitting in the service area. So Ed had a car service bring me, and pick me back up, from a local Diner, at their cost. That is the definition of service to me. The person who sold me this car, Dawn, came right over to say hello. She remembered me, even parts of my life, and we had an nice talk. Even Bob the manager remembered me. You simply do not get this kind of service from big dealerships where salespeople come and go fast, and you are forgotten by everyone the week after you buy. They did a nice quick job in service as always. Pleasure is mine. Thank you. I would highly recommend buying and servicing here. By the way, I am in my mid 50s, so I have lots of prior experience with other terrible huge dealerships. More
