Service I have been bringing my vehicles in for service here for almost 15 years and they have always been honest in my with them. If my vehicle needs a serv I have been bringing my vehicles in for service here for almost 15 years and they have always been honest in my with them. If my vehicle needs a service done immediately they will let me know and explain to in detail what needs to be fixed and why. If the service can wait I will be informed of that as well with an approximate time frame of when I should bring the vehicle back to be repaired. I have found that Infiniti no only does the work that I have requested but also looks over my vehicle to make sure nothing is unsafe or needs correction. Always above and beyond! More

Excellent service...every time!!! I have been a customer of Flemington INFINITI for over 7 years now. I service my car there on a regular basis. I love it so much that when it was time I have been a customer of Flemington INFINITI for over 7 years now. I service my car there on a regular basis. I love it so much that when it was time for a new car, I again decided on INFINITI, just so I can still use Flemington INFINITI Service. The service team is outstanding! Paul and Edward are my favorite to deal with, both are very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Always effective in explaining issues with my car, and proving me with options and the information I need to make informed decisions. Very easy to make appointments, very convenient as they provide loaner vehicles and flexible hours. The service is done properly and in a timely manner every time. Extremely satisfied….every time! Extremely satisfied I inquired about a car I found online. I got a quick response and set up a meeting for the next day. I arrived hours earlier than I was scheduled to arrive so I dealt with someone other than I was supposed to. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. Dispite my early arrival the car was waiting for me to test drive it. It was as advertised and I purchased it. The process was seamless and Mike, the salesman was both pleasant and knowledgeable. When my wife is ready for a new car I will be back! I live in Queens, NY but the treatment I received made it well worth the trip. More

Communication and negotiations far excel that of Infiniti dealers in other areas. This appears to be working as a 'family' and indeed this feeling immediately passes to the customer. From initial visit, test drive to information about the vehicle, search for the exact vehicle wanted and then the pricing, I knew this is where I would purchase my new car. Emails, telephone calls, title issues and whatever didn't fall right into place was 'made' to happen by a group of very worthy gentlemen. More
