I decided to change to Flemington Infiniti in 2015 because of the excellent service a colleague of mine told me about (and he was right, I've worked with Paul Hickman in the service department ever since and he has always been a person that goes above and beyond!) In particular, Ryan Orsi is the individual I worked with on the sale and was the reason I ultimately decided to remain a customer with Flemington Infiniti. No matter what the business is, I appreciate working with a person who is honest, dependable and values the relationship - not just the name on the dotted line. Ryan renewed my confidence with Flemington Infiniti, after I was considering working with another dealership. Ryan made a convoluted situation seamless and comfortable. He eased all the parts people dread about "car shopping". Ryan's professionalism and integrity are the qualities that every business would benefit from and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with him - not to mention, the AWESOME car I would not be driving if it were not for his efforts!
