Todd was very friendly and treated me well with follow up calls and all. Everything was perfect until... 1. my first visit, i noticed scratches on my rear glass, door and yellow paint on my rim from the cur calls and all. Everything was perfect until... 1. my first visit, i noticed scratches on my rear glass, door and yellow paint on my rim from the curb. - Todd was there to see the damage... But their manager took a quick look at the glass and just said "it's the tint" then tried to walk away... i stopped him then said ' who in right mind would get their window tinted from outside?' then he just looked at it again then just blurted out "we'll buff it"...yeah right... buffing the passenger glass? finally after few more nonsense talk, they told me they'll replace my glass... but won't cover the cost of the tint. 2. After few days, i went back to get my car back (by the way, it's '06 M35X) Todd wasn't there and my car was ready. Weather was horrible so when they brought my car in, it's was completely wet...so i couldn't get good look around the car. When i went back to tint shop to get it tint again, i noticed hugh gash on my fender... went right back to dealer, they said there's nothing they can do. They just told me to come back when their manager's in. i did then they took few pictures then told me they'll get back to me. two weeks later, not a single phone call. Every time i leave my name and message, nothing... not even "no we can't cover this..." i'm not saying they are bad people.. but i'm just afraid to go back... god knows what else they'll do to my car.
