I brought my car in to this dealership to find out what was causing the problem with the startup. The first time was almost three weeks ago. After four days, a service manager named David told me the pro was causing the problem with the startup. The first time was almost three weeks ago. After four days, a service manager named David told me the problem was due to the installation of the new battery, which was installed by Pepboys. They had charged me a fee of $135. A week and a half later, the same issue occurred. On my way to work, I got in my car and surprise...the car wouldn't start. So I got a boost from a neighbor and drove back to the dealership. The same manager, David, told me he will have his guys recheck my car and he will personally call me back in two days to let me know the status. Well I never received a call. In fact, i had to call him again 4 days later and I was transferred to his voicemail. I called the front desk and they said he's assisting another client and he will call me back. Again no call back. I called again yesterday and again the call went to his voicemail but this time I was unable to leave a voice message because his inbox was full. I had called the front desk again and had requested for her to call him over the speaker so I can speak to him directly. Finally, it worked and I was transferred to his phone line. David proceeded to give me the story about how the battery I bought at Pepboys wasn't designed to fit my car. Told me it took a few days for them to figure this out. So I had asked why did it take the Mechanic so long to figure out such a simple problem? Why did it take a total of three weeks to get an answer for a battery problem? He couldn't provide me a definitive answer on the reason for the delay. But this delay had wasted my time as well as screwed up my work schedule. I never had a problem with my Infiniti car until this situation. I really like my Infiniti car however the customer service that is provided at these Infiniti dealerships leaves a lot to be desired. I have been getting service here for four years now and the experience gets better and better. If I call ahead to make an appointment, I am always taken on time, and there is a great waiting room with 2 tv the experience gets better and better. Everytime I go into this dealership, I always deal with Carlos. I go to him with any service issues because he was the sale respresenative who helped me with the purchase of my Infinity. I have his number, and unlike some sales reps who do not keep in contact with you after a sale, I am always able to reach him. He is always joyful to work with and has excellent customer service skills. I have reccomended him to some of my friends and family already, and will continue to do so. More
This dealership is the slowest one around. They make you wait forever in the waiting room and always under estimate the wait time by a lot. I normally don't take my FX to my local franchised dealership for simple things, like an oil change and tire rotation, but yesterday I decided to as it's in my neighborhood and I think that it's time dealership for simple things, like an oil change and tire rotation, but yesterday I decided to as it's in my neighborhood and I think that it's time to helping out the local businesses. It was everything I expected and more. From the comfy waiting area to the friendly service staff. They tried the usual up-sell tune-up etc. (of which I wasn't shocked) but I figured that while I was there, I should just get it done. As I waited in the waiting area, I jumped on the WIFI on my laptop and got some wok done, enjoyed a cup of flavored coffee from the Kurig machine and caught up on the local news. Things I never get while done while I'm at 'other' place.. Definitely made me think twice about where I get my oil changed. More
I recently brought in my car for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I was told there were no loaners available as seems to always be the case at this dealership. I then inquired how long it would be for tire rotation. I was told there were no loaners available as seems to always be the case at this dealership. I then inquired how long it would be for the service, I was kindly told about 1 hour, possible 1 hour and 15 minutes with the car wash. I then sat in the service room which had some very nice chairs and WiFi which was very nice. The only problem was, I sat there for about 2 hours before I was called to pay. I was then told to go outside and my car would be waiting outside, it was not, another 10 minutes I stood outside waiting. This wouldn't have been such a big deal, but the service manager came back outside to inform me that they scraped my car. The fender was dented and there was a fair amount of paint missing from the bumper. I was then informed that it was going to take about 2 to 3 days to fix this problem. I was not offered a rental vehicle, I had to demand it. The vehicle I was given was completely unacceptable. I drive a G37x and I was give an EX35, which is a small SUV that is awful. The loaner also had less than a quarter tank of gas, just about empty. I needed to stop and get gas on my way home. Overall working with this dealership has been a truly awful experience from purchase to every service. If Infiniti is going to label themselves a luxury brand, they need more than great cars. It must be an ownership experience that is stress free and enjoyable, think BMW or Mercedes. I have become so irritated with them that I will be selling my vehicle to move to a real luxury brand. I decided to give this dealership another try. I was amazed and surprised at how smoothly my service visit went. I scheduled it online and when I went in for service everything was prepared for me inclu amazed and surprised at how smoothly my service visit went. I scheduled it online and when I went in for service everything was prepared for me including my loaner. I came in for an oil change and a check up for my G35. They took care of me pretty quickly and the loaner they gave me was a G37 Convertible, WOW!! I was so happy. They called me later on and explained that the vehicle was due for some fluids to be replaced and that they had found a couple of other component that needed repair. The great thing is that my warranty covered most of the repairs and I decided to go ahead and had them take care of the maintenance. Julio my consultant called when everything was ready. I was happy to see that my G35 was clean and they had taken care of my Infiniti. Prices are great aswell my oil change came out to $39.95. I have tried FETTE and Ramsey Infiniti but I am glad I gave Infiniti Of Englewood another shot, they won me over. More
