This negative review is both for the Q50 and the dealer's lack of accountability! Our Q50 had recurring issues related to the car's computer system that led to the car not starting repeatedly. The dealer service department gave us the run-around, tried different things to fix the issue but over the three years we owned the car we were stranded dozens of times throughout the region due to the car not starting. The dealer couldn't or wouldn't helps us get the issue fixed, and Corporate Infiniti was not helpful even when we tried to invoke the state lemon laws. Don't buy a Q50, especially from an unreliable dealer. More
I brought my 2017 QX50 in for a problem with the safety alert system. They took me at the service department without an appointment on a busy Friday morning. I went there not thinking I wanted to lease again and maybe I might drive some other cars before I had to turn in my Infinity. So, a few hours later I had a brand new 2020 QX60. Its pretty great and the staff at Infinity Englewood was terrific. The Sales Manager, Mike DeLeo, spent a long time discussing the reasons why leasing was right for me and that a size upgrade gave me all the features that I needed and wanted. Great staff and service at Infity Englewood and the price we negotiated is better that my last lease. More
An appt was scheduled for 08/24/20 at 12:00 pm with the receptionist for a part needed to be replaced in my vehicle pursuant to a recall. When making the appointment, I specifically asked the receptionist to make sure that the part would be available prior to making the appt. After putting me on hold, she confirmed that it would and that the work would take a couple of hours. When I arrived for my appt, I was told, after giving my info to the advisor with whom my appt was scheduled and waiting a couple of minutes, that unfortunately the part was not available and had to be ordered. While the advisor was apologetic, there wasn’t an opportunity for the receptionist to explain how this could’ve happened. The service advisor told me that it would be best that when scheduling an appt that I speak with the service advisor prior to confirming an appt with the receptionist to make sure that a needed part is available. What is the role of the receptionist? How is the customer to know that a customer should confirm that a needed part is available WHEN THE RECEPTIONIST CONFIRMED THAT IT WOULD BE? A wasted day and no satisfying explanation given. Although the service advisor was accommodating, this was truly a disappointing experience to say the least. Better communication between the receptionist and service advisors a MUST!!! More

The worst dealership that I have ever serviced my car. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. The service employee who took my car was very nice and the other employees I came across during my vis I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. The service employee who took my car was very nice and the other employees I came across during my visit are very unprofessional. The service manager is not trustworthy. First, the customer service does not even greet you because she sees you as minority. The service manager flip-flopped not to say lied right in my face. In the end, my car was serviced under 30 minutes and I was told: "Your car is ready to pick up outside". Guess what, the car was not serviced as per the receipt. Even the pressure in the tires were unchecked. I little have to ask for the paperwork and the receipt. The service manager was reluctant to provide me with the paperwork. Please, please, whenever you have to do a business at this place, be clever. Especially, if you're minority or look like it, take your business anywhere else. More
