The service and concern for customer was at an all time low after they sold car to me. Attitude of everyone before vehicle was upbeat and high energy but when I needed help from reps and servicing for my c low after they sold car to me. That was disappointing because while purchasing car they told me to come in if I had any issues and they would take car of me. I had to pull teeth to get help. Smh, that’s not right. Michelle was lovely though, she may be the only reason I would ever go back. But one person cannot undo all the wrongs of a group of people. More

The lobby/waiting area is quite small and limited. All business transactions are in ear reach of strangers and is a bit uncomfortable for guests who are getting their vehicles servcec.
