They kept returning my car during the holiday season . They told me twice it was nothing wrong with my car the first time they said they rebooted my system, the second time it was the transmission actuato They told me twice it was nothing wrong with my car the first time they said they rebooted my system, the second time it was the transmission actuator after I had to test drive the car with the mechanic.. they kept trying to tell me my car was good. Long story short they ended up replacing my transmission.. but they installed it with a defective transfer case, they broke the bracket then forced it back on, to add insult to injury the didn’t even top off my transmission fluid…. I found all of this out when my car broke down exactly 45 days later.!!!!!!!! I will never recommend or use this dealership again… not even if they were giving away free cars!!!!! More
If i could give minus 5 stars, I would. I had the displeasure of interacting with a very rude woman who was not just rude, but did not know the difference between a manufacturer's warranty I had the displeasure of interacting with a very rude woman who was not just rude, but did not know the difference between a manufacturer's warranty and a federal warranty on emissions parts for vehicles they service. Furthermore, she kept referring to the extended warranty we were talked into purchasing through Infiniti as a third party warranty, when only Infiniti can file claims through it. It is specifically for Infiniti Service. To make matters worse, the manager I was transferred to speak with, did acknowledge the employee's shortcomings, but did not even offer a complementary evaluation or any special accommodation to make up for the lack of professionalism in their customer service or for their lack of knowledge. I do not recommend this facility. They are in the service industry and service was not provided. Rude. More
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I’ve only ever serviced my car at this Infiniti. Took a roadtrip and got a flat tire, found out my tire alignment was completely off. The manager bla I’ve only ever serviced my car at this Infiniti. Took a roadtrip and got a flat tire, found out my tire alignment was completely off. The manager blamed my alignment being off on me hitting a pothole. Meanwhile my tires are less than a year old and completely bald to the wires in one spot. My tires are special order and 600 for one. They took no accountability. Not even an apology because by no means was this caused by a pothole. NEVER coming here again! More

Brought my QX60 because the power windows were not working properly, Jose explained the likely reason for this problem and also suggested additional service the car was due for.
