Bought a used "damage free car ". I was assured that the new G37x had every feature as my current G37x. After I signed all the docs and we went to get the new car, the salesman said he forgot to tell me that a few things are not on the new car such as the built in hard drive to record all of my cd's. Very cool feature. Worse yet, the salesman George T. inspected the vehicle and said I was good to go. He never mentioned another inspection would be necessary. Thinking I was all set I accepted the lack of the hard drive and drove away. One week later I get a bill for over $1000 from Infiniti for damages. I contacted George T, my salesman, who denied everything. I spoke with the manager one time and he promised to call me back. They will not take my calls nor call me back. STAY AWAY as this dealer is dishonest and does not value their customers. More
I brought my car in to this dealership to find out what was causing the problem with the startup. The first time was almost three weeks ago. After four days, a service manager named David told me the pro was causing the problem with the startup. The first time was almost three weeks ago. After four days, a service manager named David told me the problem was due to the installation of the new battery, which was installed by Pepboys. They had charged me a fee of $135. A week and a half later, the same issue occurred. On my way to work, I got in my car and surprise...the car wouldn't start. So I got a boost from a neighbor and drove back to the dealership. The same manager, David, told me he will have his guys recheck my car and he will personally call me back in two days to let me know the status. Well I never received a call. In fact, i had to call him again 4 days later and I was transferred to his voicemail. I called the front desk and they said he's assisting another client and he will call me back. Again no call back. I called again yesterday and again the call went to his voicemail but this time I was unable to leave a voice message because his inbox was full. I had called the front desk again and had requested for her to call him over the speaker so I can speak to him directly. Finally, it worked and I was transferred to his phone line. David proceeded to give me the story about how the battery I bought at Pepboys wasn't designed to fit my car. Told me it took a few days for them to figure this out. So I had asked why did it take the Mechanic so long to figure out such a simple problem? Why did it take a total of three weeks to get an answer for a battery problem? He couldn't provide me a definitive answer on the reason for the delay. But this delay had wasted my time as well as screwed up my work schedule. I never had a problem with my Infiniti car until this situation. I really like my Infiniti car however the customer service that is provided at these Infiniti dealerships leaves a lot to be desired. We recently bought a 2010 M35X at a dealership of yours, Infiniti of Englewood in NJ. I am disappointed to report that the whole experience was by far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. For being a luxury high end dealer the customer service is better at DMV. First off the car we had requested to see (the one we ended up buying) took about 30-40 minutes for them to locate. When they finally located the car we had to drive with some random employee who cursed the whole time. While I am not one to say I do not use foul language, I do know when around customers it is highly inappropriate. Secondly, the car was filthy. Our sales rep assured us the car would receive full maintenance and detailing prior to us picking it up. Upon picking up the car we found garbage still in the car, an ant infestation in the glove compartment and other debries. The so called maintenance was also no performed. Upon initially buying the car we noticed water in the tail light. Craig, the sales rep, stated the light and cover would be changed. Now we are two months into having the car and water is starting to collect in the exact same spot. The alignment is off, their are issues with the breaks and a weird clicking noise when the car is first driven in the morning. The car is two months old. We reported all of this to the dealer and brought the car back at their request. They stated that all issues would be resolved and the car would be full detailed. When we received the car back again no detailing was done except a car wash to the outside and we still have all of the same maintenance issues. At this point we are going to be reporting the dealership to the better business bureau and all online review sites. At this point we do not even want the car anymore. It has cost more time than it is worth. More

I have been getting service here for four years now and the experience gets better and better. If I call ahead to make an appointment, I am always taken on time, and there is a great waiting room with 2 tv the experience gets better and better. I have his number, and unlike some sales reps who do not keep in contact with you after a sale, I am always able to reach him. HORRIBLE! We went there with my family expecting to purchase my sister a new car and left the dealership angry and upset. The employee we were working with was very rude in every way. My father explained that we had found a similar car in another lot for cheaper than they were offering and the employee said "If it was cheaper then go buy it from the other dealer." What kind of business is that?! We were so upset with his response but we decided to give him another chance and asked him if we could negotiate a price on another car. This car's sticker price was around $20,000. When we entered his office he said he would have to look at the internet price to see how much it would be which we have never heard of. After putting some numbers in his calculator he told us the price was now $23,000!!! Our jaws just dropped. We thought we were being pranked or something. We asked why the price was much lower on the car and he said "that doesn't matter let's make a deal." We got up and left as he tried following us out of the building saying that he can lower the price a bit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE WHO WANTS A PLEASANT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. P.S. There is a $500 fee which goes towards "getting the car ready for the customer" not meaning registration fees or taxes. More
