Doorman,receptionist, and financial guy were professional. Saleman did a bait and switch. Advertised price on Cargurus was $12,700 for 2015 Honda CivicLX. When I got there Andres Herrera, sales professional. Saleman did a bait and switch. Advertised price on Cargurus was $12,700 for 2015 Honda CivicLX. When I got there Andres Herrera, sales consultant, said he not selling the car unless I buy the $2,900 car protection package good for 6 months! It includes protection for; battery, belts and hoses, brake pads, headlamps, wheel alignment, and windshield wiper blades. I'm planning on buying a new Q60, but it won't be from this dealership. I feel like an xxx for buying from this dealership. Feeling very disgusted with them and myself!!! More
