unresponsive should be the name of this dealership I had a very simple issue....I wanted the delivery of a second key for my car. The salesman said it was on his desk and would mail it to me. 2 mon I had a very simple issue....I wanted the delivery of a second key for my car. The salesman said it was on his desk and would mail it to me. 2 months later, no key, no salesman, no response to numerous calls and emails. the supervisor's mailbox if full every day (wonder why) What should have been a simple follow up has turned into a nightmare.
