Our Sales consultant went out to bring in the car that we inquired about, then reappear about 3 hours later to say that he took the wrong keys. Not professional at all . This dealer is NOT FAMILY-FRIENDLY. My kids were exhausted from waiting and kept quiet so they don't disturb others. Just a horrible experience. More

THEY CHANGED THE PAYOFF AMOUNT THAT I SIGNED FOR IN MY CONTRACT SO THAT THE CAR PAYMENT I MADE WOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN REFUNDED. DONT WORRY I RECEIVED MY NEW BILL FOR THE OTHER CAR ON TIME. I WAS LIED TO EVERY TIME I CALLED ABOUT THIS MATTER AND LEFT MESSAGES THAT WERE NEVER RETURNED. HAD I NEVER MADE THAT CAR PAYMENT FOR THE CAR THAT I TRADED IN MY CAR PAYMENT FOR THAT CAR WOULD HAVE BEEN LATE. THEY HAVE HAD THE CAR FOR 23 DAYS AND CANT MANAGE TO PAY IT OFF. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF ME SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH THAT PAY OFF AMOUNT IF THEY CAN JUST CHANGE IT. More
