Great Place! Best on Bergen County! I went to the dealer met JC; He understood my needs and within minutes gave me a few options. The next Day Craig at the Financial office was also to I went to the dealer met JC; He understood my needs and within minutes gave me a few options. The next Day Craig at the Financial office was also to the point very professional and quick. Danny walked me to my new QX60(JC was in a mission) and he even so wasn’t his Sale he act as a team member and took his time to explained all the option on my new vehicle. Creg T is the a thieve. I Purchased car and Creg T, was finance manager. he sold me extended warranty and when couple of month down the road car broke down the idiot doesn't I Purchased car and Creg T, was finance manager. he sold me extended warranty and when couple of month down the road car broke down the idiot doesn't come on the phone and warranty is not even valid. i got charged $5500. Creg is a Thieve. just watch out from this dealership. find something else. buyers. i called plenty of time no one wants to return a call or come on the phone. how amazing? hardly doubt they are digesting all that lie calmly. karma is on the way. I assume that most of these positive reviews for this dealership are only because these customers were practically begged to leave them. We have not had our car in over a month because somehow, someway, this dealer screwed up the registration, causing our temp to expire. We have been in a loaner car for weeks. This dealership has horrible customer service. They do NOT return calls and ignore your voicemails, even from consumer affairs. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone I care about no matter how bad they want an Infiniti. If it wasn't for the wonderful people in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT, we would never step foot in Englewood Infiniti again. More
