I assume that most of these positive reviews for this dealership are only because these customers were practically begged to leave them. We have not had our car in over a month because somehow, someway, this dealer screwed up the registration, causing our temp to expire. We have been in a loaner car for weeks. This dealership has horrible customer service. They do NOT return calls and ignore your voicemails, even from consumer affairs. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone I care about no matter how bad they want an Infiniti. If it wasn't for the wonderful people in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT, we would never step foot in Englewood Infiniti again. More
