After driving the vehicle for over a week now I'm very disappointed to say did I am dissatisfied. It seems that the vehicle was not properly maintained well in your care before you sold it to me. There is disappointed to say did I am dissatisfied. It seems that the vehicle was not properly maintained well in your care before you sold it to me. There is a slurry of issues starting from the very beginning with the navigation module being missing. While getting used to the car I noticed the dash communicating with me saying there was a blowed Park light in the front left hand side. Not only that but recently to my surprise I discovered that the brake pads are nearly worn down and every time I touch the brake it squeals a very high pitch noise that is terribly embarrassing while driving this beautiful car and it hasn't even been a full two weeks. Also I don't appreciate the signing of the contracts went down. I feel that was kept totally in the dark and lied to about the price and APR. Then at the last minute I have my money tossed back at me. Either sign ,take it or leave it. I do like the car but I do feel Dishonored by the service of the car and the treatment at deal signing. I now feel as if I may have had denied myself a more satisfying experience at a different car dealership. More

Even throughout the state mandated closure of non-essential businesses, Ray kept in touch with us and personally delivered our new car to us at our home so we did not have to travel. No hidden fees or expenses and smooth trade-in process for our old car which was part of the financing. They were willing to work with us to get the overall cost within the budget we were looking for, and it was hassle free.
