Could've bought a used car from this dealership, but ended up not. Robert White is a very old-fashioned auto dealer. We've agreed with the price and was about to get a financing result. But realized that they tried to charge me a warranty $2K and $995 as a GAP insurance which were never mentioned previously. Therefore, have decided not to go with this dealership. I concur with all previous reviews about giving 0 Regarding: Englewood Infinity Dealership I am writing this review to protect other customers. I concur with all previous reviews about giving 0 instead of one star because I experienced the same unprofessional and dishonest interactions with a very few employees whose names appeared multiple times in the previous reviews by other customers Numbers and story keep changing alongside avoiding honest answers to key questions. Here are specific examples. 1. Negative: Discount from the new car price 3 years ago: is it a discount? 2. Negative: They are very vague in distinguishing new cars from used cars. 3. Negative: One employee (XX) kept saying “I do not want to sell this car”. Very unprofessional demeanor. 4. Negative: The price changed in the magnitude of 30% depending on the person you talked to. 5. Positive: A few other people whom I interacted were elegant and highly professional. A few people with the same names (XX, YY, ZZ) that I am not going to write again in this review were doing very unprofessional and dishonest deal processes. It is not a matter of saving $$ but the trust I lost during conversations with a few unprofessional employee turned me off. However, I also praise other employees who are super well trained. I do not understand why the company does not train their problematic employees to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain credibility of the ‘Infinity’ brand power. Because of a few people, Infinity is losing its reputation. Infinity Headquarter should get involved for disciplinary supervision of Englewood Infinity Dealership. There is great potential for this Englewood Infinity branch in RBI’s geographic location if the owner or Executive Board (not the poorly functioning back office manager) recognizes the problems, accepts areas for improvement, and enhances professionalism as a top priority. If the owner of this dealership fails to improve the service, it is the failure of leadership as a result of ‘negligence and accomplice’ I hope I see positive reviews about this Englewood Infinity Dealership in the near future. If I could give this dealership a 0, I would. This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a dealership. I bought a QX-60 on 12/2/2020. When we went to pick up the car, we waited for a pretty long tim the WORST experience I have ever had at a dealership. I bought a QX-60 on 12/2/2020. When we went to pick up the car, we waited for a pretty long time which wasn't that big of a deal. The manager came out and went over the paperwork. There were so any errors in the paperwork. I didn't think anything of it and pointed them out. We told our "salesman" it was our first Infiniti. He handed us the keys and asked me to leave him a review. He didn't go over a single feature on the car. Naturally, I like to wait until the sale is complete before leaving a review. Jason texted me several days in a row asking for a review. I wanted to wait until I received my registration and plates first. Fast forward to 3/11/2021 and I still don't have the plates. The temporary plate expired on 12/31/2020 and they will not send another temp plate. I have called over 30 times since I bought the car to ask about the status of the plates. It is hard to even get any one to answer the phone. When some one finally picks up, they always transfer me to my "salesman" Jason. He has only picked up ONCE and you can't leave a voicemail because his messages are full. The one time I got him on the phone, he said he would check and call me back in 15 minutes and never heard back from him. Then I would call and ask to speak to any one that can help me and whoever would answer would just take down my information and promise someone would call me back. I have not received a single follow up phone call since leaving the lot. Finally, the lady tells me she will transfer me to Patrick, the manager. I leave him a voicemail to call me back. Instead, he texts me and says the plates will be ready in a week from now. I ask him to make sure the name, address, and everything matches so there aren't any issues. He told me to send a 3 barcode ID to send to the DMV or NYS will reject it. I called my insurance agent at Allstate and he said he has never heard of such a thing. I emailed my insurance cards to Patrick. I texted him and said how could the plates be here next week if you are just now sending over the insurance cards to the DMV? The insurance cards were brought with me at point of sale. I really do not believe this is a legally run and legally functioning dealership. I would advise any one that read through this to go any where else but here. This place is the exact reason dealerships have a negative reputation of snakes, con-artists, and sleazy salesman. As far as I am concerned, Jason Kim is a crook, not a salesman. More
My salesperson Cyrus Kelly was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The sales manager Chris and Paul in the finance dept. were also a pleasure to work with.
