Shady sales practices. They advertise a car below KBB, then when you call to inquire, they say that there is a $3k "dealer fee" added to the price no matter the vehicle. Th They advertise a car below KBB, then when you call to inquire, they say that there is a $3k "dealer fee" added to the price no matter the vehicle. This isn't advertised anywhere on the website or in discussions until you want to buy. Why not just advertise that "fee" or include it in the list price. There's also a $1495 fee if you don't finance with them. That could be 10% of the entire price in un-advertised fees. More
