Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership's customer service after leasing my car. Their negligence has caused significant damage to my credit score and finances. The dealership failed to send the payoff to my previous car's finance company, resulting in a devastating 100-point drop in my credit score. What's even more frustrating is that I had been proactively calling and texting them for months before this issue occurred, trying to ensure everything was handled properly. I was told they were "taking care of it." This entire nightmare could have been easily avoided if the dealership had shown even a shred of competence or care for their customers. All they needed to do was make a simple call to the other car's finance division. Instead, they sat on their hands for over 60 days (brought and sold on 5/10/2024, and payoff isn't even complete as of 7/15/2024), ignoring and giving excuses to my constant attempts to get them to take action. When the situation finally reached a critical point and I was calling them daily, they had the audacity to simply stop responding to me altogether. Their silence speaks volumes about their utter lack of professionalism and customer care. I finally got a response and a letter (to dispute the credit report) last Thursday, but the damage is done. I am now spending hours, after spending hours trying to get Infiniti to payoff the car, trying to stay on top of disputing the credit reporting. The damage is done, and hours upon hours continue to be wasted. I cannot stress enough how much I regret doing business with this dealership. Their incompetence and indifference have caused me significant financial stress and damage to my credit. Beware – this dealership will sell you a car and then leave you high and dry when it comes to after-sale service and support. Disappointing and frustrating. More
I saw a car online I wanted. It was listed as $26,806. I called them asking about the fees on top of it and they said don't worry, we'll negotiate. So after an hour long drive, i'm ready to buy the car thinking I may pay somewhere near to $28,000 plus tax at most. Look at the bill they gave me. It went from $26,806 to $36,583 after tax! Almost $10,000 more than the listed price online! Worthless $1,595 "gps fee", I told them I didn't want it and they said it cost $450 to remove it. $850 documentation fee, what a joke, this fee is legally capped at $75 in New York, due to dealers like this. $1,295 cash fee... DO NOT support this dealership. There listed price is meaningless. They charge fees like it's nothing and it amounts up to 25% of the price. More

This place is extremely sloppy and lazy I traded in my car and was told they paid off my car but i found out nothing was paid off and missed my payment date and affected my credit. I had to call several times but it looked like they were avoiding my call until I actually showed up to the dealership then they started working. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I’ve only ever serviced my car at this Infiniti. Took a roadtrip and got a flat tire, found out my tire alignment was completely off. The manager blamed my alignment being off on me hitting a pothole. Meanwhile my tires are less than a year old and completely bald to the wires in one spot. My tires are special order and 600 for one. They took no accountability. Not even an apology because by no means was this caused by a pothole. NEVER coming here again! More
Horrible customer service given by Hassan Elreda. I initially requested more info through CarGurus on a 2017 BMW. He called me. I picked up with Hello. I explained that Im calling frm CT, would like info to decide on making trip. He said, ok well we have people calling frm CA, it'll start with pulling your credit report. I know that a car OTD pricing is NOT based on my credit report. I also stated that I may use my own bank. He answered saying they would have to still pull my credit report. I asked is it mandatory to use dealerships financing bank.Hassan answered no. I asked so can u explain why do you have to pull my credit report still. He said it’s required by dealership. I then asked can you provide me with any fees that would apply to purchase. He stated he couldn’t provide those numbers. Because again my credit would have to be pulled. Made no sense. I had someone call frm another dealership. His 1st response to him was are you calling in regard to who I just spoke to. Hassan then said “Look I dont have time for these games” & disconnected call. How is customer service “games” Yet he emails me all these emails as if he helped me. He DID NOT. No info that I requested. Today I received another email auto iPacket from another sales rep. But yet now the car isn’t listed/available. The whole ordeal just seemed like a Bait & switch scam or the sales person does not know the job. Horrible experience. More
