I have recently purchased a BMW X3 from here and its the biggest regret i ever had it is by war the worst customer experience i have ever had anywhere in the world. Before i have purchased the vehicle the quote that they gave me was something else and then when i had travelled all the way from NC to purchase this vehicle they have changed the quote citing some unknown price inclusions.. when i have said that i don't need any of those options they say its mandatory and i ended up paying more than what i was supposed to and its been about a month now and i have not received my vehicle title yet to my address and my temporary registration expires in 2 days. when i call them about the same .. they disconnect the call in between.. and then they never pick up the phone again. I have had a many more things to write on these guys based on my experience but don't have time for that all. Hope this helps some one.. don't even purchase a vehicle from here ever. More
