Their body shop has even worked on our Honda Accord on multiple occasions. When looking at our new car, they were quick to help me out with the service schedule and pre-paid maintenance plan on our 2018 Q50 Hybrid. Tom even let me drive the vehicle home 1.5 hours so my husband could approve it instead of us having to come back at a later time. I was also given a brand new 2017 loaner vehicle to take when mine was being finalized and they dropped my vehicle off at home so I didn't have to take the time to drive back and forth. Jerome assigned us to Tom who took great care of us. It was really nice to not be judged by what were currently driving and taken seriously. Many dealerships tend to judge by what you are driving or wearing. We bought a QX60 used, and Tom, Jerome and Christian made the process painless. When we went to pick up the vehicle, Tom wasn't satisfied with the detail and made arrangements to have it done properly. It looks nearly brand new now!
