Don, Dan and JR are one of the After 200,000+ miles on my 2007 Infiniti M35x, I can testify that Infiniti of Dayton has one of the best service staff. Don, Dan and JR are one of the best service staff I’ve worked with. The fact that they’ve helped me get over 200,000+ miles out of my M35x speaks volumes to their abilities. Their body shop has even worked on our Honda Accord on multiple occasions. When looking at our new car, they were quick to help me out with the service schedule and pre-paid maintenance plan on our 2018 Q50 Hybrid. And of course, how could I not mention the benefit of a loaner car, no questions asked! I’m looking forward to bringing both my M35x and Q50 Hybrid for service at Inifniti of Dayton. More

He sent me all of the information immediately and made my husband and I completely comfortable about the details of the car. When he found out we were in Cleveland, it didn't matter. He was able to answer all of our questions and ensure that that car was the perfect choice, with respect to the features and condition. He made us feel confident enough purchase the car sight unseen! I was so happy to find the car I had been searching for and the team at Infiniti of Dayton went above and beyond the call of duty, Tom was in Cleveland that Friday to complete the paperwork and then - they delivered the car straight to my office the very next week. Within 15 minutes after their arrival, we exchanged my trade in for the my new, used Infinity. By the way, they agreed to my desired trade in value for my Camry without ever seeing it. More

The communication with him via phone, text messaging and the email confirmation of our appointments helped a lot and reflected excellent service on Tom's part. Tom even let me drive the vehicle home 1.5 hours so my husband could approve it instead of us having to come back at a later time. I was also given a brand new 2017 loaner vehicle to take when mine was being finalized and they dropped my vehicle off at home so I didn't have to take the time to drive back and forth. Talk about quality service! Very impressed-- I would highly recommend Infiniti of Dayton and Tom Yearms! More

Excellent I typically vet different dealerships, however this go around I walked in Infiniti of Dayton just to look and left with two 2017 vehicles. I appreciate the excellent customer service offered by Tom Yearms! He answered every question and walked with me through out the entire deal. Normally salesman drop you off at finance and you never see them again. Tom, stayed and continued to be a great assistant! If you looking for an Infiniti look no further! Jerome assigned us to Tom who took great care of us. It was really nice to not be judged by what were currently driving and taken seriously. Many dealerships tend to judge by what you are driving or wearing. We bought a QX60 used, and Tom, Jerome and Christian made the process painless. When we went to pick up the vehicle, Tom wasn't satisfied with the detail and made arrangements to have it done properly. It looks nearly brand new now! Thanks go out to Chip and JR in the service department. We have been very pleased with the vehicle, but especially the service. A class act through and through. More
