I travel for work quite a bit and had located a car previously but it had already been sold by the time i called. When I spoke to Tom he listened intently on the features I wantes and he said he would reach out to me when/if he ever came across one. I hung up the phone figuring it would be like most sales people and I would never speak to again. Well, almost 5 weeks later Tom did call and informed me he had the car he thought I would bw intereted in. He promptly sent me pictures, even though it had not been detailed yet and answered all my questions, he was direct on what it would take to closr the deal and did not waste my time with the hated "let me go check with my manager". We had the deal pretty much done over the phone. When I arrived I was in and out (including trading in my old JX35) in less than 45 minutes. I am thoughouly impressed by his candor and professionalism through the entire process, I wish all car sales people where like Tom. More

'14 QX50 I stopped by I of D on my way home from a business trip (in a rental) just to see the size of the QX60, did a test drive. Then Tom Y put me in a Certified QX50, Yes! More sporty and nimble than the QX60. Took it home (Cincy) for the night and did the deal the next day. Tom met my expectations from a sales standpoint, but he could have explained the certified extended warranty a little better. All in all a VG experience. The dealership even took my rental back to Enterprise for me and then filled up the gas tank on the QX50 when we did the 'delivery'. More

QX30 Purchase - Tom I purchased my first Infiniti on December 30th, 2017. I had been interested in purchasing a new vehicle for around three months, stopping into various dealerships to get a view of the vehicle I had seen online. The QX30 was one of the top contenders. After speaking to Tom on the phone a few times he convinced me into coming in and seeing what their dealership had to offer. The whole experience was wonderful and Tom was excellent company during what can sometimes be a stressful time. Tom is one of the few car salesmen that actually listened to my expectations in a vehicle. He located a beautiful black QX30 with all the whistles! I call it my 'black beauty" as it even came with tinted windows. Thank you, Tom, for the follow up appointment to equate me with all the gadgets this model came equipped with. 2017 Infiniti QX50 Purchase Recently sold my 2006 Infiniti FX45 which I had purchased as a used vehicle form Infiniti of Dayton. I loved that SUV but it was time for a new SUV.
