Test drive on a Wednesday, took it home overnight on Thursday for a test, told him I wanted one, they went Friday out of state to get me the exact car I wanted, and I picked it up Saturday. I was in the dealership Saturday literally less than 45 mins, from signing all paperwork, trading in my car, and getting schooled on my new car. Throw in all the extras they give you as a buyer (car washes, services etc) and I think his was the perfect buying experience. More

With successful experience over the using the dealership exclusively for maintenance and oil changes and previous pleasant transactions with the dealer’s sales people, I grew complacent and trusting, let my guard down and didn’t do enough homework. As a result, I ended up paying much more than I should have. Such is the problem with working with some car sales people. But all in all, my problem was with me for not doing the homework. My major complaint is that the salesman was not successful in convincing me he applied a $1,000 “private loyalty” promotion I received in my mail----“exclusive rewards for you, our valued customer”. I asked to see the document he used to show car price, taxes, and discount; he printed an “updated” version for me, which included the word “rebate”. The lesson: Do your homework, and try to fathom how much you should rely on a sales person’s honesty. The “loyalty” may be one-sided. More

I initially had some doubts about purchasing an older Infiniti but with the small amount of mileage I drive per year, the checkout the Infiniti dealership gives used cars, the quality/condition of the car and an extended drive train warranty I bought I felt comfortable with my purchase of a 2005 FX35. And, the day after the purchase when I discovered a problem with the automatic door lock system, Tom arranged to replace the part and gave me a loaner, recognizing that it should have been caught in the check out of the car at the dealership. They have taken excellent care of me so far and I recommend the dealership. More

My first infiniti I received an email Friday evening about a Q50 that became available, I responded and received a reply from Tom right away. I was impressed that I heard back so quickly being a Friday evening. After arriving, I was greeted with exceptional customer service. My husband and I were very impressed with Jerome, Tom, and Christian genuine and professional customer service. We will most definitely be visiting these guys for our next car. The Infiniti of Dayton dealership takes great care of their customers! More
