We had a superb purchasing experience at Infiniti of Dayton on March 31, 2021.. We called that day to inquire about vehicle availability and features. The sales person/finance manager "Christian" was Dayton on March 31, 2021.. We called that day to inquire about vehicle availability and features. The sales person/finance manager "Christian" was low key, respectful, and totally responsive to our questions. He seemed to be sincerely interested in assisting us to find the vehicle that would best suit us. He seemed more concerned about meeting our needs than making a sale for the sake of just another sale. His philosophy appeared to be to let the car sell itself, provided we could reach a mutually acceptable purchase agreement.. He recommended a vehicle for us to look at and test drive if we were interested. We visited the dealership two hours later and that afternoon purchased the vehicle. We also received a fair trade-in to facilitate the agreement. The dealership is highly ethical as epitomized by Christian Kuehle. We have owned the vehicle 4 weeks now and in that time we have had wonderful dealings with Dan and Chip in service. The car has not had any malfunction, blemish or anything wrong with it. Also Christian has been available to answer our questions concerning Infiniti accessories and perks offered by the dealer to Infiniti vehicle purchasers. More
