We have been going to this dealership for seven years and have always had amazing service. Until my last service in November 2023. Brought my car in for an oil change with air filters, cabin filter, key fob have always had amazing service. Until my last service in November 2023. Brought my car in for an oil change with air filters, cabin filter, key fob battery and Sun roof leaking water into the car. They changed the oil and filter, and fixed the leak. Nothing else I asked for, so they lost money they could have made. Next day I go to open the rear gate (suv) and it opened practically then there were times it would open and close as it should. Forgot to mention all the grease the techs hands left behind on light cream interior, I spent $190.00 to have it cleaned. I took videos of the rear gate and Sent them to my service advisor Kevin. He told me to bring it back and I did. By this time ( waiting for a loaner car I asked for the Q80 want to test it looking to buy one) it was time for another oil change (did a lot of traveling) I asked him to please replace all the filters they missed previously, key fob battery AND NOT TO GET THE CAR GREASY AGAIN. Techs replaced the oil, filter, air filter and to repair the rear gate was $2,500. When the tech removed all the moldings and the dash panel that has buttons that controls the back hatch to get to the sun roof drains. The tech must have damaged a pin or something cause the back gate to malfunction. It worked fine before I dropped it off. Kevin said that the gate shocks were not holding the rear gate anymore and nothing was wrong with the panel. If the shocks were worn out then how is it when we open the gate manually (when it wouldnt lift in its own) the gate stayed up with no problems? There was no comprising with Kevin to replace the shocks. I paid for the oil change if course expressed to Kevin My complete disappointment with My service and why. My car was brought to me and it had grease all over the driver side AGAIN. So inconsiderate they owe me $190 for the cleaning, the tow truck costs $285.00 for breaking down on the way home oil filter came off and lost the oil, and very low coolant, rental car costs, and $682.00 to repair my car. DON'T USE THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF WILL COST YOU MORE after you pick it UP. More
I don’t recommend the Dealer and any of its team. First of all the service of the sales man was okay until I did sign the documents. Once I did receive the car there was an issue with the windshield … They told me that they will fix it and after 5 months they don’t give a response and one of the members of the team by the name Danny was really rude in reference to it. They told me I will get a secondary keys and now they said that the person that said that is no longer with the team. I came twice under certified warranty and it will be my third time. It is the worst service I ever got. I really need some support ! More
