AMAZING Service Department I cannot say enough fabulous things about the service department at Infiniti of Coral Gables, especially Javier Torres. He was honest, attentive, and I cannot say enough fabulous things about the service department at Infiniti of Coral Gables, especially Javier Torres. He was honest, attentive, and patient in explaining each set of the process in a manner that I could understand. Upon making my appointment for service, I was assured that a loaner car would be available to me and I received a text message to confirm with all of the details. (The text was quick, to the point, with all of the pertinent details for the appointment without disrupting my work day with multiple phone calls.) Javier was waiting for me and was more than prepared for our appointment, which made the process timely and efficient. He explained what the expectations were for service and that my car would be cleaned upon return. Javier proceeded to inform me of all that Infiniti of Coral Gables had to offer their clients: nail appointments, beverages, a comfortable waiting area, car detailing. I felt extremely valued as a client! While Javier had my car, (and I had an amazing loaner), I received a text informing me exactly what service was provided to my car and the cost. There were no surprises upon returning the loaner and receiving my car. The payment process was quick and efficient. I truly felt appreciated.
