I had been car shopping for 7-8 months and was dreading going into yet another dealer. Honestly, I was defeated by the time I walked into infiniti of Coral Gables. Henry was transparent, truly listened to what my needs were, and guided me in the right direction. We ran into a couple snags and he helped me navigate through them. I felt he genuinely cared about the customer’s experience. Tiffany Sheldon was a sweet heart. She’s knowledgeable and helped me obtain exactly the insurance I needed, literally saving me thousands! I don’t typically make recommendations or leave reviews but I do feel this one is worth it! I’d recommend the team over at Infiniti of Coral Gables to those nearest to me without a doubt! Makes you wonder how they have basically all 5 star reviews...it's almost suspicious. They add ridiculous amounts of fees (about 6k) telling you that you have to pay the transportation fee, the re cond reviews...it's almost suspicious. Sales manager says the car wont last a week there since it's a hot item. Fast forward almost 2 months...still there, after multiple price changes. I'm sure they'll find the right sucker. More

Purchased a used car on 2/1 and had to give it back 4 days later for sensors going off. Car was not inspected as the motor in the driver window needed to be replaced. Multiple lies of who is working vs who isn’t. Lies about hours of ops. Major lack of communication within the department. Still no updated information provided on when I would have my vehicle back.
