Kaiser Llerena an excellent seller! His attention and communication skills are extraordinary (5 star experience); he went the extra mile to the extent of trying my 2 car seats, my stroller, my portable communication skills are extraordinary (5 star experience); he went the extra mile to the extent of trying my 2 car seats, my stroller, my portable playground, and all the bags and toys of my two kids. The ambient is friendly, you feel like you are family members and they are always trying to help you like Suanli Martin’s coffee, water, coke or even cookies (5 stars experience) or like Ady Pena(5 star experience) drawing a beautiful lion king to my daughter. Tony Sosa(5 star experience) also went the extra mile in helping me with the monthly payments or Karen Ferreira(5 Stars experience) trying to find a bank to finance the two leases. She was very transparent in her explanations when signing the paperwork. I end up leasing two SUVs with the worst ever credit and without a co-signer. I strongly recommend this team to anyone buying a car. More

Very helpful, prompt service. They promptly dispatched my car which had several issues and put me in a Lyft ride so that I can get to my birthday lunch in time. Then sent a Lyft to pick me up! Service advisor is great! He goes above and Beyond with his customers. On that standpoint is 5 stars. Car wash is another story, both of my fronts seats were left dirty with grease. Also, I’m always checki his customers. On that standpoint is 5 stars. Car wash is another story, both of my fronts seats were left dirty with grease.
