I was purchasing my leased car, which was in Louisville KY, where my son is attending school....Alex sent a loaner car to my son, picked up my car and brought it back to Cool Springs for inspection....after the inspection, my car was taken back to my son in Louisville.....I couldn't believe how they went over and beyond my expectations, to make sure the purchase of my car, was as easy as possible for me. Curtis was also great to work with. He also made sure to make the purchase as easy as possible for me. Curtis was very kind and always made me feel that he had my best interest at the fore front. Battery died My battery died in my 2014 QX80. while shopping in Cool Springs, I called AAA who came and jumped started the vehicle.
